Westek’s M2316R provides a clean and stable 28V DC power supply via a heavy duty MIL-spec  DC output connector, and seamlessly sustains DC power even in the event of an AC mains power failure. A communications port allows for the safe shutdown of attached server equipment, and temperature controlled fans keep the unit running reliably in high temperature environments. An externally accessible fuse and resettable output overload circuit breaker protects the UPS from overload conditions, and the batteries are automatically disconnected to prevevnt damage in the event of a failure.
